It is certainly that time of the year again. Some things are annual. And another is the every four years deal.

Already, I will be so very happy when these next two months are over and done with. For a few good reasons.

First reason... My husband is starting to feel the stress at work. He is the head clerk of Frozen Foods at a grocery chain. His Holiday orders were put in back in September. Now, he will not be receiving his specialty items at all. So, I get to hear almost daily from this point about how the customers bitched, whined and yelled at him for not having what they want. NOT HIS PROBLEM...Like last year when this happened.

Next reason... The Holiday get togethers somehow always wind up with two or more people in the family to get in to some stupid, sorry ass argument. It never, ever fails. There has to be drama. And every year, I hope and pray that this is the year that it will be different. But, thus far, not a single one of my prayers have been answered. Go figure!

Third reason... I am so damn sick and tired of the back and forth about McCain/Palin and Obama/Biden. You made your choice. Some have already voted for who they think is best to run our country. Now, instead of mud slinging, just go and vote. Either way, someone is going to wind up not being a happy camper.

Have I made my choice to vote on Tuesday? Yes I have. But, I have refused to go airing it, in fear of what the opposing side(s) would say or call me. For anyone knows, I am voting for a third party candidate. Or I am voting McCain. Maybe I am voting for Obama.

Sad. I nor any other person should fear persecution for voting for ANY certain candidate.

Yep. 'Tis the season to be bitchy, catty, argumentative and against your fellow man/woman. Gotta love it!

AHHHHH the joys of the Holiday season. I went to the mall and it was jammed and I only to get a few things I think I will be ordering online this year if I can.

By the way, did you know I am gay to? I am happy (sometimes). But I caught "the gay" the other day (that ryhmed, hehe).

What more do I need? I am gay, bitchy and stressed all at once. What more can a woman ask for?!

I NEVER attack anyone for their choices at the polls.  It's our responsibity as Americans to get out there and vote!  If you don't vote.. then you have no right to bitch about it later.  I've heard it all from people the last few months.. everything from voting for the candidates ON the ballot and writing in their own.  Here in Nevada we also have an additional option called "None of the above".   Wouldn't THAT be a kick if "None of the above" actually got enough votes to matter?   Like "Brewsters Millions", folks!

Wow! When did they add that option to the ballot? I don't remember it being on the ballots when we were all living in Carson.

About four years ago... I've heard that its not an option in California yet either.  Hopefully one day ALL ballots both state and national will include "none of the above".

Every year we have a Christmas Eve party... and I'm thinking of CANCELLING it this year.  It's always the same... the fam gets together and no one actually likes each other.  And we all spend WAY too much money on food and junk gifts no one wants.  hmm.  What's the point, I have to ask??
