2C. APPLE CIDER
2 CINNAMON STICKS
1 ORANGE WEDGE
4 WHOLE CLOVES
SPLASH SPICED RUM(OPTIONAL)
- In a small saucepan, combine cider, cinnamon sticks, orange and cloves. Bring to boil over med-high heat.
- Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Remove cloves and orange, and pour cider into two mugs, garnishing each with a cinnamon stick. Add rum, if desired.

- Inhale slowly and deeply to the count of four, filling your belly with air.
- Hold for one count.
- Exhale slowly and completely, to the count of six. Allow your shoulders to relax (but don't let them slump forward).
- Pause for one count. Repeat four times.
- Enjoy a moment of nirvana before jumping back into the fray.
