2C. APPLE CIDER

2 CINNAMON STICKS

1 ORANGE WEDGE

4 WHOLE CLOVES

SPLASH SPICED RUM(OPTIONAL)

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cider, cinnamon sticks, orange and cloves. Bring to boil over med-high heat.
  2. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Remove cloves and orange, and pour cider into two mugs, garnishing each with a cinnamon stick. Add rum, if desired.

  3. Hold for one count.
  4. Exhale slowly and completely, to the count of six. Allow your shoulders to relax (but don't let them slump forward).
  5. Pause for one count. Repeat four times.
  6. Enjoy a moment of nirvana before jumping back into the fray.
