Holy cow, my boss is geeking out! She thinks that Obama is the next Hitler. I’m pretty sure that she fears that Obama will brainwash everyone into secularism, even though Obama is a Christian. He’ll take away all our guns, create a civilian military whose purpose is to steal our rights and silence all who oppose, churches will be banned, our economy will collapse and all will be lost. Man, I feel sorry for her. I thought I was nervous about McCain winning, but I’m not freaking out. I honestly don’t know if she’ll be able to work the next day if Obama is elected. She may need to be put on meds. I’m just scratching my head. Although, I can’t really blame her paranoia. I’m sure she’s received all those crazy emails and she surrounds herself with people who only think like her. Dang, she’s pretty much talked herself into a depression. I mean, I’m not a fan of McCain, but I don’t fear him. I just think that if he kicks the bucket that Palin will be no better than Bush. But I figure with the Congress being Democrat, McCain can’t do anything too crazy. I mean, I’m not an idiot. I’m weary of two branches of our gov’t being represented by the same party. But I’m also excited. I think things will improve for the better. I think Obama will be an excellent President. Perhaps he’ll put intellectualism back into the White House. Maybe he’ll base his foreign policy on more than a first impression. I don’t know, I’m hopeful, not fearful. Relax people! Shit.

I doubt the nation will fall apart under either of them. But I seriously dislike them both. I had some fun with neighborhood democrats who came to my door Friday, Saturday and Sunday for pete's sake. I told them that since Colorado has 20 names on the ballot and I don't like either Obama or McCain, I'm going to pick a name, any name, or perhaps I'll write in my own name. They were stunned and trying to figuer out if I was for real.

Thank God it will all be over tomorrow.

Or will it?

McCain KNOWS what he has selfishly done to this country to get into the White House.  He's gotten millions of Americans scared to death.  It's ridiculous!  He had better make right when this election is over.

Good point, he damn well better. Maybe this will be the end to "Rove-style" policitics.
