Sorry to those who are keeping up with everything. I've been swamped at school with everything and have been forgetting to write. Luckily Dear Suzn reminded me.

First off, halloween weekend I slacked off a bit, drank some cokes and ate some candy so I'm sure there is no help there with that one. As well as I did not take it yesterday due to being sick and wanting to drug myself (lol) with Nyquil and other wonderful things for when you're in that position.

But even when I didn't take it yesterday the eating didn't change and I still drank alot of water.

Today, I've been drinking water and the Lipton green tea. I have totally forgot to eat up until now, but I don't want to eat yet because dinner is not that far away.

I'm feeling good, moving a little better and just overall feeling a bit healthier. I didn't weight myself throughout the first week because I knew if I did, I would be more focased on that rather than the eating better and cutting back on the cokes. I did start spotting last week and I don't know if I should attribute that to the Nuvida or the rougher sex the night before. ( I am on the depo shot ). That has all stopped so everything is back to normal other than getting over being sick. I know that I am sick and tired of drinking nothing but water. I have had cokes throughout the week, but where I normally would have had at least three cans and a 32 oz. a day, I am down to maybe in the last ten days only having maybe 5? But water is getting old quick..I need some flavor!

I have a hint for you on the water...buy a bunch of lemons (or lemon juice could substitute), cut them into wedges & squeeze a wedge into your glass w/ your water.  #1 it gives it flavor, #2 lemon is detoxifying.  Whenever I start drinking water like that it gets almost addicting.  Just put all your left over lemon wedges in a zippy bag & store them in the 'fridge.  Hope this helps.
