I still can't get with it! I'm just hovering around 170 lbs and I just can't make myself get back to losing again. I know I can do it, look at how far I've come already! Losing 70 lbs is a huge accomplishment! I'm just too comfortable and relaxed. If I could only be as motivated as I was a year ago.
I'm still exercising, but then I eat too much to lose weight! I did lose 4 inches last month. So that's a plus! I think the inches gone are more important than the number on the scale. But don't we all want a lower number?!?! :)
Hopefully I can get a lower number soon.

A Boy with Autonomic Dysfunction - The Miller Family
Our Special Life
Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.

Losing weight is so very hard! I remember after my 2nd child, I had 65 pounds to lose. It took me forever to lose it, and not only that I was stressed out about it because of the fact that my doctor told me I would be diabetic... So, I took the weight off and then here comes another one...now I have 45 pounds of baby weight to lose. The ONLY thing helping me is the "hunger management" pills I have been taking. I lost 8 pounds in two weeks.
Don't be hard on yourself, taking weight off is a struggle.
