Young Obama supporters 'don't have a clue'

A best-selling author and investigative journalist says no one should be surprised that young Obama supporters would wave Soviet flags during election celebrations.
Dr. Jerome Corsi is the author of The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality. He spent the campaign warning voters of the extreme left-wing policies of the man who will become the nation's 44th president. But he says apparently a substantial number of young voters remain clueless.
"I watched the people in Grant Park waving communist flags, having a dancing party [in celebration of Obama's victory]," Corsi notes. "These are kids who haven't lived through [economic troubles and] don't even remember Jimmy Carter. They don't have a clue about high gasoline prices or an economy where we're saying that we've got economic malaise."
The author says young people like those in Grant Park have been indoctrinated by the left-wing education establishment.
"They've been taught socialism; they've been taught communism," he says. "[Schools] don't teach the economics that say that the Soviet Union is out of business because it was bankrupt. They don't teach the politics that say that Stalin killed...35 or 50 million of his own people."
Corsi says with the election of Obama, America unfortunately may soon be revisiting the dark days under President Jimmy Carter.

It was a sad thing to see those communist flags waving. Those young people (boy I sound crotchety, lol) don't understand the oppression, intolerance, and injustice that goes hand in hand with communism. Human rights abuses in communist countries should make their heads spin. The many immigrants in America who sought political asylum from communist countries must be blinking their eyes in disbelief.
Many people chose to be blind. The symptom of a sick soul is blindness.
Honestly - they are just too young to know what they did. They didn't read and research their vote. They don't know what it is to pay a mortgage, feed your family, pay your bills, have a huge chunk of your money grabbed from you by the government. They just wanted different because they are the Sesame Street generation and just want to FEEL GOOD - la la la la.........*poof* happy feeling gone.
I agree...even Nickelodeon was all-talk about Barack not to mention my kids hearing it over and over in school (they are in K -3rd grades!!!) Makes me wonder what they are teaching my children that I am not aware of ... homeschooling- here we come!
"Dark days under Jimmy Carter" is the least of my worries with Obama as president!!! Darker days than that are ahead!

We are in for some very rocky and hard times to come. Young people have no clue about these things that are coming because they are too protected from it. Now, they will awaken one day and realize that there is no money to pay for that cell phone, or them $100.00 shoes, or that car they drive. Most don't even have a clue about working. They will be a very sad bunch. Just picture them hoeing a garden and having to pull their pants up!!!!!!! LOL
I didn't need this article to tell me this...I'm 24 and just about every friend or young person I know was mesmerized with Obama...but so was about every older person I know too. ;) I wasn't, but now I have been praying for the man and our country.

No they don't have a clue because they didn't do any research on the man, maybe not all, but most, truly sad! You'd think you'd want to know everything about who are next president would be don't ya think?
