Why do people "Volunteer" to fix soemthing and then take for LIKE EVER to get it done???? I understand that they have lives also but when I say to not worry about it and let me come get my stuff why do they still insist on doing the job??? I might get my computer this weekend and it won't be as fixed as I would want it to. He says it won't be able to run Windows! Well I will see. If anything I can always take it to Best Buy or something. Miss all of you, Stephanie
Comments:
Your right I could take it to Best Buy and they won't save me any money either. BUT I would also get the job done right away fixed the way I was promised ans be able to use it the way a Computer is suppose to be used. And as for not being grateful, it is very rude and unprofessional to start a job then stopp in the middle of it because they are having problems at home. I don't stop working because I have stuff going on. I even stated I would come pick the computer up so THEY didn't have to worry about getting anything done. Even if it was for free, My kids homework isn't going to stop just because my computer is on the fritz.

I think you should be grateful, that someone is doing you a favor, and not complain. Nobody said you had to accept the offer. You could have just taken it to Best buy, they charge $80 an hour, and don't expect them to save anything on your hard drive either. That's not their job.
