Ugh! Here we go again!

Well, as some of you will recall, I had a major PC melt down about 8-9 mos ago....hard drive crashed and had to purchase a new PC. Well, the PC works great, but it's loaded with Vista as it's operating system, and VISTA SUCKS ASS! I have had nothing but freaking hassles from that damn system from day one. They have put out no less than about 40 damn updates, which I promptly downloaded hoping that it would clear the problems. Did it? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! The fucking updates just seemed to compound the problem so I had to go back in and remove the update. Last night, while trying to shut down, up popped on of those lovely blue screens with white writing, it was only there for a nano second and all I managed to catch was something about a dump, and then it rebooted and came right back to the log in page. Now I'm really freaking out because I just know Vista is about to corrupt my hard drive, then I'll be REALLY pissed. So, now I have to find a full version of he XP home package so I can take my PC to my "boys" to have Vista wiped from my system and XP loaded. Apparently they prefer you have the full version that way you have the license and all, but my buddy told me that if I can't afford the full version he can load XP from just an upgrade disc. I just love my geek friends at Brevard Tech. Anyhoo......can you say mo money, mo money, mo money. Every time I turn around somebody wants a piece of me. But, at least I'll be rid of that vermin called Vista. Wish me luck!!!

I have 2 computers (needed for work...isnt that just lovely) one is XP one is Vista. I haven't had problems with either. Vista, I had to take a way the 'fancy' stuff (like the pink monster clock) because it made things run more slowly, but other than that...I have had no issues. Good luck! I know how much computer problems SUCK!
