Let them me eat cake!  You guys hit my topic!  I'm all about birthday cake!  I love making them, decorating them and giving them as gifts and I love eating them.

• white almond sour cream cake with homemade buttercream
• dark chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling, iced in buttercream
• red velvet cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate icing
• white chocolate cake with white chocolate, lemon and cream cheese icing
• pound cake with glaze or icing or with fruit and whipped cream
• dark chocolate cake with mint buttercream filling, covered in ganache
• white cake, sour cream coconut filling, iced with whipped cream and coconut
• orange cake with crushed pineapple filling, frosted with whipped cream and coconut
• carrot spice cake with raisins, cream cheese icing, and topped with walnuts
• black forest
• pumpkin spice cake with pumpkin cream
