I do not know why I was thinking htta I had joined Cafemom in Dec... Maybe all of the moving and trying to get situated, the rewiring of my apt once we got here to Al, waiting for the referbished apt to be done and then the moving 2 doors down.

Turns out that I have been a member of Cafemom only one day fter their launch.....

I have been a member since, Nov, 16 2006   get a load of that! ! !

April 3, 2008,   funny it doesn't seem like six months, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

two years wow i wonder, how many were there of you in the early days ???? was it like you and a hand full of others so you all knew everyone, or was it so populated from day one that you didn't bump into and know everyone ?????????? lol,lol,lol,

Zanzeebeel, I do not remember how many were here when I first joined... I did not even know that it was a day ater the cafe was launched...lol, I thought I joined in Dec some time... I am so happy the cafe came up the that "member since" thing...lol, lol. I guess they got tired of me saying that I joined in Dec, lol.... I know it was not many of us, there were many joining each day from Club mom. I was the first I know to join from Muslim Moms at Club mom thry were all wondering where I was....PI was so funny she made a big announcement, "She is here, I found Sister maisah"... I love them all, Such great sisters as the two of you...alshumdulilah... I think from my page ID it say 351.. so I think I was the 351st personeto come....I did not know everyone, many were friendly and a few were not and dramma was in from the start... a few got the boot it was crazy, some of the old heads are no longer here of have not logged in in a while. I did not make friend til almost a month later... My page is in the order that I made friends, so the person that you se first on my page is my first friend, the second person my 2 friend, the third my 3 friend and so on...

Sister, when I first joined I was a Christian and things were pretty smooth. After  I became a Muslim I ran into a few mean spirited moms and even lost a few friends, but I put on my "Big girl" panties and got over it and now I really enjoy the friendships I have made here.

Yes I remember... What a great mile stone, I was so happy when you took your shahadah.... I am greatful  to have met beautiful friends  such as yourself.

I know what you mean you win some and you loose some, and the ones you loose were not ment to be.
