Sunday I did 1 hour, Monday 1.5 hours, and Tuesday 1.25 hours, so I'm almost halfway there and gonna go to the YMCA today with my son. My goal is to drop 40lbs in the next few months and working out seems to be the best way my body will do it along with eating right.

SO HERE'S to my goal of 8 hours....I think I will reach it!!!

Way to go! I need to come up with a specific goal, I just go and do what I feel like right now. Any good ideas?
