As some of you know my daughters are involved in the competitive sport of Cheerleading. It is a very hard sport to be in and even more, to coach. We as parents are all the time fundraising for our children. It is time now to do it for our coaches.

All of our coaches go UNPAID! They volunteer their free time to the girls, and boy, that are on the team. Our head coach has more than gone unpaid. Other than giving in her free time, she has in some cases paid out of pocket for our team. She has run this team for over 20 years.

We have in the past, as parents, given coaches gifts and such for Christmas with a small party. This year, with the economy the way it is, a party is almost out of the question.
