Tell me that this is justice.... 15 years for accidentally urinating on a cop.... 10 years for a hit and run that KILLS someone?!?!?!

This BETTER not happen with Melissa's case!  (see previous journal about friend's death)

What is WRONG with our system??!! Honestly! I am not saying that the guy shouldn't be punished in some way but seriously.... isn't the hit and run the bigger fish to fry?! Ugh, this just sickens me to tears!

IT CERTAINLY IS A MESS, BUT FOR THE MOST PART IS ONE OF THE BESTS ONES OUT THERE. BUT I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL.

This is american justice.. right now they have this guy who did a ponzi scheme in new york by the name of madoff.. he stole about 50billion dollars from investors.. many buisness had to close immediately because of it which spirals down to all kinds of buisness.. he's chilling on house arrest in his penthouse while negotiating and cushioned plea bargain where he is saying tha this wife's 17 million dollar bank account is her money and nothing from the 50 billioin.. Hellllllllllllllllllllllllo.. you wife didn't work a day in her life.His scheme lasted 40 years.. no proper audits were done. yet you get the low level bank robber getting 15 years and beyon and can't keep the money.. must pay restituion.. NO justice for poor people... of many races.. but some people get away with murder.
