So I have decided that I wanted to tone up a bit. I have had these Billy Blanks exercise DVDs sense 2003(i know a long time).. Anyways about 4 months ago I started exercising about every other day when everyone is a sleep or out I have been doing the 20-30 min work outs(I hate for ppl to See me working out it make me feel self conscious) I also take the kiddos out for a walk around the complex everyday.. But today me and my sister was going out to do some Christmas shopping and sense it was cold I was looking though my bin of winter clothing trying to find some pants.. I have these two pair that I am holding on too in hopes that one day they will fit again..lol.. So I see the pants(which I haven't been able to fit in about two years now) and I pick them up my sister goes now you know you can't get in those.. i was like I know but I still try them on every now and then.. First leg in and then the next I was surprised when i got them up to my thighs and they didn't stop(like usual) so I was like Uhh Oh and pulled them all the way up.. I am so excited I was like OMG I can get in them look and they are not that tight.. My sis was like no shit let me see.. I started dancing around and chanting Oh Yea Go Keyda Its my B-day.. Now granted I still can't zip them up(too much belly..lol)..But It makes me feel good that I can at least get in them..

Thats Wonderful.... that should give you Motivation to keep this up.... Its Working.... its always cool, when you just do a little change and can see that kind of results.. good for you............ -- My friend and I are meeting today for lunch, and we put together notebooks, we are starting a diet together and following Oprah's Diet, which will be Vegetables for the first 2 weeks and water....... (We are getting frozen vegetables that we like to eat... and have a cup at lunch and a cup at dinner for two weeks)... We are going to try.... anyway????.. If we get hungry I guess we'll just eat more vegetables...... and water... Oprah said, no Juice, no Fruit etc...., If your interested in trying we could e-mail each day???? ---- But good luck to you!!!!
Congratulations! Keep up the good work. I know I will be starting on the 50 million pouds thing on DEC 1. It's never easy.
