It's been a while since I have talked to most of you(sorry, definately not for lack of want!) and I just want to touch base and exchange updates with each of you.Know you are often thought of,I just haven't been able to be on the cafe a lot recently.I would LOVE an update on YOU in reply!!

Events lately here at home have taken me on one hell of a wild ride, literally!Due to an 'US altering' unexpected direction my husband has taken (translation:spectacularly sh*tty choices!) it's been an emotional process of volatile extremes(something I tired of long ago in a previous life, lol).BUT in eeking out the positives atleast I can cross off stagnancy, complacency and sanity as normally defined!LMAO.As soon as I regain my equilibrium I might even appreciate the opportunities for introspection and drastic change.

Dustin, who had struggled in school due to multiple LD&other things,is now doing much better!I hired a senior to tutor him in math&science(correctly figuring he'd relate better). His grades have improved and his attitude toward school in general is much lighter....

Kade will be 2 yrs old in less than 2 weeks!Very bittersweet...He is doing well(despite what frenzy of activity comes at this age with the constant discoveries!)The bumps, bruises and cuts he has had-whew,even stitches to his left ear...he is thankfully very rugged and takes it in far better stride than I do!lol It doesn't slow him down any.Still a crappy sleeper to say the least(Last nite about an hr&40 mins)but thankfully his disposition is every bit as wonderful as his brothers regardless!(True miracle as I don't feel in either case it was hereditary!lol)

Well, that's the scoop!Love to hear how YOU are,and what's been going on!

I sure don't feel too scooped. Hope YOU'RE okay! Has Kade ever been tested for sleep apnea? Maybe he has some kind of adenoid obstruction that's causing him to wake up all night. Just a thought, because little guys need to sleep and so do their Mommies! Love you.

Stay inspired!

Same as Michelle...first of all just hoping you are okay. I agree with the sleep apnea thing too, if you havent tried it yet. Its a common issue. I have it myself and my brother had to have his adenoids out as a child for similar reasons. I hadnt thought about that until I saw Michelle's comment.

Love your attitude here, despite what you are dealing with. When I am going through similar things (as you know I have) I always try to remember that at least I'm not bored. It's always interesting! LOL.

As for my update...nothing terribly new except (you probably saw my journal) I got my results of the tumor biopsy and it is benign! Thats great news. Other than that...same old same old, really....that's not always good, as you know, but I do what I can! LOL

Love you sweety! Keep us updated!

Nov. 21, 2008 at 10:00 PM Too bad I don't live closer to you. I haven't been getting much more sleep then your Kade. We could keep each other company while you get some rest...just a thought.lol.. Turning two!! Wow!! :) My baby just turned 16. The Bear's grandaughter is turning two which through me into a loop shopping for gifts. It's been a long time since I've had a two year old. I know how to love them but shopping has never been my forte' lol! Sorry about the problem with your husband. That seems to be going around lately. I hope things get worked out. I'm glad things are working out with Dustin and his school stuff.I know from experience how tough that can be. As for us, we are ok. Life is not boring. Jessi now has a driver's license and she is busy as ever. We are looking for a very inexpensive car for her. She has $1000. Not much I know but we'll see what happens. All of the Bear's test results are coming out fine but he does have a real bad case of carpul tunnel. We are waiting on a surgery date from the VA. Other then that he is as crazy and loveable as ever. I'm ok. My head has been bouncing all over the place but I'm doing a reasonably good job of holding it together. I'm so looking forward to Thanksgiving. It is my favorite holiday. Then Christmas... My daughter (Ashlee) may be coming home for Thanksgiving. I hope so.. I'm really looking forward to it. Other than that...life is just that...life... complicated, never boring, sometimes entertaining and very busy....
