What I Am Thankful For

I am thankful that both of my parents are alive and in fairly good health. 

I am thankful for my two beautiful daughters.  They bring me a lot of worry, but the joy they bring well out weighs the worry.  One daughter is bringing me a new grandbaby (my first blood grandbaby) in 7 months!  The other is self sufficient and in a great relationship.  What more could a mother ask for??

I am thankful for my wonderful husband.  He loves me and accepts me just the way I am.  He is a hard worker and multi-talented.  He loves my girls and all their little foibles.  He is generous to a fault.  Thank you, God, for sending him into my life!

I am thankful for my friends.  While I don't have many close friends, the ones I do have are ever faithful, no drama type of women.  We share all of life's secrets, they are there to comfort and to celebrate with me.  Everyone needs close friends.

I am thankful that I found Cafemom one year ago.  Through this site I have met many people and learned many wonderful things!  I'm thankful that I am still able to learn new things, like tagging/signature making, making digital scrap kits, etc.  This keeps me busy in a life filled with fibromyalgia and depression.

I am thankful for the sunshine and the rain when it falls.  We need some of each and God richly provides.

Mostly, I am thankful for the roof over my head, the food in my stomach and good health.

I AM THANKFUL FOR ALL MY THREE CHILDREN WHO ARE WORKING ON LEAVING A MARK IN THIS WORLD WE LIVE IN.  I AM THANKFUL FOR A 37 YEAR LOVE RELATIONSHIP WITH HUBBY THAT ONLY KEEPS GETTING BETTER.  I AM THANKFUL FOR STILL HAVING MY MOTHER TO THIS DAY, AND THAT SHE IS HEALTHY.  I AM THANKFUL FOR THE LITTLE THINGS THAT WE SO OFTEN TAKE FOR GRANTED.  I AM THANKFUL FOR NEXT THURSDAY AND THE CHANCE TO BE WITH LOVED ONES ALIVE AND REMEMBERING THOSE NOT HERE. I AM SO THANKFUL SFOR SO MANY THINGS THAT I DON'T THINK THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM IN THIS JOURNAL! HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND AND THANKSGIVING DAY!

Wow.  That's just beautiful.  It makes you stop and think.  I've been checking out your page, pics. and now journals.  I have alot to be thankful for too.  My family, friends, health and the fact that I love in the US are just a few.
