Help Needed Please

Okay ladies I have just added the santa workshop widget and I am already having trouble on it for some reason I can't figure out how in the world to make the Hoola Hoop I have tried all the things it says it need but for some reason it keeps telling me that its the wrong parts still and I am getting a little fusterated lol so if you can please help me out on it let me know thanks
