I'm Officially Going to Be Her Mommy!!!

God has truly blessed us!!!  I received the email today to confirm that we are the family chosen for Julianne.  I am floating on air and amazed with what my Jesus can and does do for me.  How does a family with this many kids already, get chosen for such a wonderful blessing?  I know the answer and that is by the Grace of God.  Grace will be Julianne's middle name and it couldn't be more appropriate!! 

My Julianne is 2 years old.   She has Down's Syndrome and is the most beautiful baby girl that I've ever seen.  I don't have an expected arrival date yet, but I am trusting that the same Jesus who chose us for her will bring her home to us soon.  I can't wait to spoil her, hug her, kiss her, dress her cute, teach her things, find out her favorite food, take her to church,  tuck her into bed, and tell her how much I love her.  She will be our youngest child (at least for awhile) and is sure to be spoiled completely rotten by her 11 older siblings!  She won't be picked on ever.  lol  Who would pick on a child with 11 older siblings and one tough mommy anyway?!

I am the most blessed woman in the whole world right now.  I am praying for Jesus to miraculously work in the lives of everyone between there and here so that all three of our children in waiting can come home so very soon.  Whenever they arrive it can be assured that our tree will be up and their Christmas presents will be waiting.  Me, I don't need not one present this year.  My presents will be all wrapped up in hugs when my babies arrive home. 

Thank You God for sending Jesus to be the first ever Christmas gift and the best one ever.  Thank You for not stopping there though.  Thank You for sending me three gifts this Christmas that can't be measured with words, but only with love.  I praise Your Name Jesus because You are due all praise.  I am so unworthy of such blessings, but so humbled and overflowed to the point of tears and what You have given me.  I promise to be the best mommy that I can to Julianne.  I will do my best to raise all 12 of these blessings to know that You are King of Kings and the One from Whom all blessings flow.
