Relay For Life

First, let me say Good afternoon, and that I hope everyone is doing well.  I have not been on too much lately, finally started my new job and trying to keep up with school.  I wish I would have posted this a while ago, but have been busy and it slipped my mind. 

Today, is a rough day for my family and is causing me to do some thinking.  Today wouuld have been my mother-in-law's 61st birthday, and for those of you who don't know she passed away last year from breast cancer.  I have been participating in the relay for life for years but now it has even more meaning!  This time last year she was a survior and attendind survivor cermonies today she is not here.  So, I guess my point is that if you have a relay for life in your area I encourage you to participate.  The Relay For Life  is  an overnight walk-a-thon to raise money and awarness for cancer.  You as one person may not fund a cure, but every little bit helps.  And as I have learned  you just never know when it will affect you personally, but if  it does you will never be the same.
