pizza margarita (one of our favorites!)

1 T. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
4 c. flour(ive used different kinds flours)

3 tomatoes-sliced
Moz. cheese
1 T. oregano
1/4 c. oil (olive or any oil will work)

Disolve the yeast in 1/2 c. warm water.
Add the flour.
and enough water to make it a soft dough
knead dough till smooth
cover with towel to rise till doubled
stretch dough to form round or square
either flour the pan or stone or cornmeal the pan for the pizza to go on
sprinkle dough w/ cheese
put the sliced tomatoes on
sprinkle dough w/ oregano
drizzle with oil
i also sprinkle a bit of kosher or sea salt on top.
bake in 450 degree oven till browned
