I reallly enjoyed reading your poems.  The one about your dad really touched me.  I lost my dad 4 years ago, but was so fortunate to be with him as he left this earth.  God gave me such a great gift in that he let me know that my father heard me at the end.  My father had suffered a stroke & was very limited in movement, but when I whispered in his ear that I loved him & I told him just to rest, he squeezed my hand hard enough that the others around the bed saw it.  That's such a gift.  I don't mean this as a 'down' comment., to the contrary!  I just wanted to add that I can tell love is what's behind all of your writings that you posted this particular time in your journal.
