Slight Placental Abruption

I woke up today and went to pee and was bleeding when i wiped but no pain. I went to the hospital and spent most of the day in L&D. They did an ultrasound and ran tests and they think i have a slight Placental Abruption so now i am home on bedrest. The baby looked great though. Has anyone ever had this happen? Im hoping everything will be okay :( Im only 23 weeks and this is my first baby
