Congrats!! May I make one suggestion? Rather than phrasing it as a copyright release, you may want to say it's a print release. You do want to keep copyright for yourself, right? So you can use them in your portfolio? If you give them copyright to an image, it's no longer yours. If you give them a print release, then you keep copyright, and they are just allowed to make as many prints as the release allows. Which can be totally open, or restricted to 4x6 and anything in between.
