I've been wondering (more lately then usual) how we are supposed to live on the little money we are paid. Insurance premiums go up, daycare costs go up, cost for food goes up,.. luckily right now the cost of gas is going down, though it is still rather high for what I would like. All these things are going up and my pay is remaining the same. I'm not getting a raise because the economy is crap. I have to make tough decisions on what I'm going to pay and not going to pay just to live. At the moment I have things on my car that I need to get done... brake pads, roaters turned, new tires, a new axel seal and possibly a new axel. The brake pads, roaters and tires need to be done before christmas I've been adviced. Living in MN, yeah, it needs to be done. Snow is begining to fall, it makes roads slippery. My decision is to either get those things done or have gas money to get to and from work and pay for childcare. Which one? I need both. There is just no winning in this caos we call life. It's not what I want in life. I don't like wondering what to do next day after day. Then acquiring headaches from trying to figure everything out... especially with the holidays coming up. Now there is the costs of christmas gifts. We are all in a tight money position. Feel for each one of you out there in my same position. It sucks. I wish each of you luck this holiday season in making ends meet. If anyone has advice... I will gladly take it!
