Ok ladies a couple of months ago I wrote a post about being accused of smelling of alcohol at work... Well I had a update on my evaluation and was told I had a few more incidents since being talked to about it... Well I am rebutting this allegation and just wrote a letter for it... Please tell me what you think and if there is anything I can change.
Here it is:
I am writing this response to the accusation of smelling of alcohol in my evaluation meeting on November 26, 2008. I am offended of being accused of “smelling like alcohol”. I do occasionally have a few adult beverages on weekends that I am not schedule to work. Which I may add I am of legal age to enjoy this privilege. I am proud to say I have not had a drink since September 26, 2008. Even when I did drink on weekends prior to 9-26-08, I NEVER had a drink during the work week or on Sunday’s. As said to Rhonda and Joel there was no way I could show up to work smelling of alcohol.
Also stated to them if I smelt so bad of an adult beverage why was something not said to me prior to almost a month later of the allegation from a co-worker(s). I also told Mrs. and Mr. that “I have a son to think and worry about so why would I risk my life and or job by drinking a beverage prior to going to work or the night before?” I also stated to them (Mrs. and Mr. ) that “I would be willing to take a blood alcohol test at Cape Fear Valley Medical Hospital every day to prove my accusers wrong. As stated before I have not nor will I ever came to work drunk or smelling of alcohol. I cherish my job and life way to much to put either one in jeopardy.

Sounds great to me. What douches for accusing you of something you never did.
