A Christmas Survey

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?
Wrapping paper! I'm obsessive-compulsive over what all of the gifts I give look like. It's a sickness.

2. Real tree or Artificial?
Artificial, because I love white Christmas trees, and those don't come real. :) 

3. When do you put up the tree?
As soon as my husband lets me! Hehe. ASAP.

4. When do you take the tree down?
Almost February. 

5. Do you like eggnog?
Yes, the non-alcohol kind, of course. 

6. Favorite gift received as a child?
My Easy-Bake oven. Quarter-sized cookies rule! 

7. Hardest person to buy for?
My older brother, Josh. He won't tell me what he wants! 

8. Easiest person to buy for?
My husband. I know he enjoys presents for just having them. 

9. Do you have a nativity scene?
No, I don't like dusting little figurines.

10. Mail or email Christmas Cards?
Mail, every year. Speaking of which, I need to get on that! 

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received?
A pendant that said 50% angel. Come on now! 

12. Favorite Christmas movies?
The original claymation Rudolph movie with Burl Ives as the voice of the snowman.

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas?
June!

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?
No, but I've gotten some that I've given other people. THANKS, MOM! 

15.Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?
Chocolate chip cookies. 

16. Lights on the tree?
Absolutely! 

17. Favorite Christmas song?
The instrumental version of "Sleigh Ride." 

18.Travel at Christmas or stay home?
If by "travel" you mean "going to lots of other peoples' houses," then "travel."

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer?
"On Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen! On Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen! But do you recall, the most famous reindeer of all?" Rudolph!

20. Angel on the tree top or a star?
It changes every year. My first Christmas living with my husband, we had a little light-up Santa wearing white.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning?
It depends on what the plans are for the holiday.

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? 
Kids screaming "IIIIIIII WANNNT THATTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

23. Favorite ornament theme or color?
My favorite color pattern was on a tree: a white tree, white lights, silver tinsel, and purple, silver and blue ornaments. It was so pretty.

24. What do you want for Christmas this year? 
Anything for the baby!

25. Who is most likely to reply back to this?
Someone, no one, it doesn't matter. :)

Did you know they can flock live christmas trees to make them white?? We used to do it every year. You put the lights on first and then have it sprayed! It's really pretty and you don't have messy needles falling all over the place.
