Clockwork Lamb

As most of you know, I live on a farm, and this summer we replaced all the gates on the farm. This was a little like the proverbial locking of the door after the horse has been stolen, because earlier this spring, the billy goat led the rams through one of these gates too far gone to stop a determined, rutting goat. The result of this unauthorized mingling was November lambs. Not the best scenarios, but nevertheless, it is what it is.
The sheep had their lambs unassisted and with no complications, 4 sheep having 9 lambs between them. One of the ewes had three very white lambs, one of which has a marking which makes me, every time I see this thing, hear the song "I'm singing in the rain" as sung by the ringleader in Clockwork Orange.
This cute little lamb has one eye looking like it has false eyelashes on it, exactly like the cover art and poster of that rather disturbing film. Well, not exactly like it, since it was him and not a lamb...lol

How cute!! I actually grew up on a farm with lambs and loved feeding them with a bottle when I was a child! I can still remember it :)
