I detest Walmart

I am not a Walmart shopper, but the other day I needed to stop in the store to get a couple of gift cards for my cousin who shops there. I often read journals on here of crazy stories and you often hear of crazy things happening in the store. I personally in the past have had poor service, so I just chose not to shop there.

This time just as I was in the parking lot I noticed how insanely rude just people driving in their cars were and then once in the store I felt the overall mood was downright depressing. I don't know what it is about that store but it does not give off a warm feeling. I will continue to do my shopping elsewhere, the employees do not seem happy nor do the shoppers.

I'll stick to Target, The mall, and The outlets...My 3 favorite places to shop.

I go to wal mart all the time, and I know exactly what you are talking about!! Wish we lived closer to other places or I would shop elsewhere!LOL! hugs

OMG! I love walmart.  My daughter has actually called it mommy mart ever since she could talk because I go there all the time. I go there so much that we've actually made friends with several employees and all the pharmacy staff. lol  Which walmart did you go to? The one by us is nice and the employees are great!

I dont have a Wal-Mart near me or else I'd probably go.  But it just seems that this time of year everyone is just too busy to be nice or to be helpful or whatever.  Honestly, I hate shopping in ANY store this time of year.  My Target is a complete zoo so if I have to go, it's during a week day NEVER EVER during the weekend.  The only store I found to have happy, helpful and nice employees is Trader Joe's.
