This is a great recipe for the holidays and makes a good gift too.

Ingredients

Popped corn
1 c brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/3 c light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

Put popped corn in 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Use amount of popped corn that can be easily stirred without spilling over sides of pan.

In a medium saucepan, boil sugar, margarine and corn syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda and blend well. Pour over popped corn and mix to coat well.

Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and eat.

To make this into a nice gift, wrap popcorn balls in colored plastic wrap and tie with a ribbon.
