You should read this book. And then you should read New Moon, Eclipse and yes, Breaking Dawn.
Give Twilight a try...see what you think. At this point you can probably check it out at the library - or they have the small paperback for 5.99. Seriously - it's a great, great read!
Plus, you have the bonus of seeing it come to live on the big screen - which isn't exactly like the book but is good.

I've read them all 3 or 4 times. I LOVE those books!
Her book "Host" is also an excellent book. I definitely recommend it for reading, too!
