I don't normally forward e-mails, so I just thought I would follow others and place this as a journal post.

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?  Paper

2. Real tree or Artificial?  Neither-we do a nativity scene with three gifts from the wisemen laid at baby Jesus's feet

3. When do you put up the tree? I put up the Nativity after everyone goes to bed on Christmas Eve

4. When do you take the tree down? The Nativity is demolished within minutes of my son waking up-I use his stuffed animals and his baby doll, so he has to play with them!

5. Do you like eggnog? Never had it

6. Favorite gift received as a child?  I don't remember many gifts that I received as a child

 7. Hardest person to buy for?  Husband

8. Easiest person to buy for?  Mom

9. Do you have a nativity scene? yes

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail-but I tend to forget to do it

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Don't know-I don't remember many gifts that I got as a child

12. Favorite Christmas Movie? White Christmas with Bing Crosby

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas?   No set time

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?  No

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?  Peanut Butter Fudge

 
16. Lights on the tree? I have an artificial tree that has white lights on it year round, but it is not a Christmas tree

17. Favorite Christmas songs?  I'll be home for Christmas, if only in my dreams

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home?  Stay Home

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's?  Some of them

20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Neither-I do use a lighted angel for our nativity scene

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas Morning.  You can't open birthday presents until the birthday arrives!

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? School finals a few days before Christmas

23. Favorite ornament theme or color? I collect personalized ornaments and hang them in the china cabinet (since I don't own china!!)

24. Favorite thing for Christmas dinner? Chicken ammondine.  However, this year it will be a turkey. 

25. What do you want for Christmas this year?  Health and wisdome
