Just a brief run-down

I finally got my tree up yesterday... it's a little artificial one that's 4 feet tall and I have it on a coffee against a wall to keep little muncher man from getting hurt.  I put all kinds of soft little stuffies under it so he can play and pull on those instead.  I decorated the tree with non-breakable ornaments and realized that we only have 4  of them... Yipe!  The up-side... I bought an advent calendar that has little books (about 4 pages and maybe an inch square) of mice doing the cutest things... So that I can use it for many years... and realized that as me and Chris pulls a book everyday to read... they can be hung on the tree and look pretty good.  I do need to get some garland to put around the tree. 

As for the rest of the house.... trying to find the boxes they are in... damn it.

I'm really hoping to be able to adopt a dog after the holidays.  I would love another dalmatian but am willing to adopt a really sweetie dog as long as the dog loves Chris and cats.  I really don't want a puppy.... I would prefer a dog at least 1 year old and medium sized dog or even a larger dog.  I definitely don't want a pit bull or a chow chow dog... nothing against the breeds... I just know that I'm not the right person to have them so it wouldn't be fair to the dog.  I would love a short haired dog... I don't want to keep up with all the long hair.  I'm not much for small dogs, I love a dog that gets me out of the house for exercise and make people think twice about breaking in (even if he's a big mush!)

Chris is starting to pull himself up on things and is almost crawling.  He's really trying to crawl, but doesn't seem to know what to do with his legs... but is funny to watch.  He can now go from laying down to sitting up again on his own!  He can even stand semi-on his own... in that as long as he has one hand on me or daddy... he can balance himself.  He loves to watch our local weather man Larry Sprinkle... he is fascinated by him and tries to touch him through the TV.  

Me and Adam bought a new queen sized bed for our X-mas present for each other.  So comfortable!  Even little man loves to catch a snooze with us in it.   I've been making jewelery for x-mas presents this year for family and friends.  Almost done... just have to finish up with some wine glass charms.  I made myself some really adorable necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

Ever have a hair day so fabulous that you can't help but strut your stuff?  Yep... I'm having one of those today... so good that I pampered myself with my most exotic lotions and body sprays and body glitter.  Damn... I feel so sexy today... too sexy for my shirt, so sexy it hurts....lol!
