Hallark Ornament series

Has anyone ever tried to collect a Hallmark series of ornaments?? I have never tried but I started a series a few years back. I'm failing miserably on collecting them.

In 2005, Hallmark started the Fairy Messengers series.  I LOVE fairies and what is the likely hood they start that series the year my daughter was born?? So I'm trying to collect them for her, so when she turns 18 and moves out, she will have 18 fairies to hang on her own tree! :) (or however long this series lasts)

So in 2005 We got Poinsettia Fairy. #1

In 2006, when she was 1 year old, my husband and I were seperated and I was living in California with my sisters. I hadn't found a job yet and nobody got her the ornament.

And in 2007..... I dunno what happened. I don't have a good excuse for missing that one. Maybe money was tight or we just forgot?

I have found both of them on Ebay. It sure would be nice to own the 2 I'm missing.

And this year I'm hoping to buy her the 2008 Lily Fairy #4 which is in stores right now.

I dunno why I'm posting this. I guess its just the 1 Christmas wish/miracle I want this year.

We have started some and never finished either.  Usually I get one Hallmark ornament a year,but not neccesarilly one from a particular series.
