My stepbrother, J.J., killed in Iraq, 400 yards from his base by a suicide bomber on Thursday, December 5. He was scheduled to come home for good on Monday, December 8. He was going to be home in time for Christmas, and get to spend it with his 2 year old daughter for the first time since she was born. Don't feel like you need to leave a comment to console me...just remember, remember what the troops are doing for us, remember the freedom that these soldiers, like my stepbrother, are dying for us to have. Be grateful that you don't have to be over there fighting for your life so everyone back home can have the ability to live life as normal! Remember, cherish, honor, and change!
Tatiana, this wasn't directed at you. I was probably typing this as you were posting! Thank you!
