if you like fresh spinach
take that about a cup chopped, add 1 tablespoon parmesan, tablespoon fresh chopped basil, a splash of cooking sherry and a clove of chopped garlic add 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 2% milk simmer-then add 4-6 peeled and devained shrimp ( large)simmer 5 minutes or until shrimp is done-ladle over angel hair pasta add a salad and crusty roasted garlic bread and yummmmmm "Shrimp Basila~" or crab, lobster, scallops, or combo...chicken....white wine instead of sherry is ok too. Or none at all-

add your fav veges-brocolli ( steamed before adding) roasted red peppers, carmelized onions, thyme -the list is endless:)

You're killing me!!!  I made the potato soup last night with shrimp and oysters.  Served with a salad and garlic roasted pita crisps.  It was divine.  My two youngest loved it ;) ~ Faith chose cereal :(

Oh goody!! I'm so happy you enjoyed it:) You crack me up...cuz I'm killin ya...lol..but hey-those garlic roasted pita chips sound yummm-I will try that for sure-Wow-that is great the younger ones loved it! Most of the time it's the younger kids who won't try dishes like this-cool~:) Maybe Faith will try the next dish.....if she likes portabella mushrooms...
