Full of confidence and excitement.

I am having so much fun talking to other moms,  that I know I never would have done, if I had not started my business. My confidence level has grown to amazing levels. I am so excited because I have reach the next level in the Director category in these last few month. I am so close to my first  goal with this company that I can see it right there. I know I will be able to grab it, and then I can create myself a new goal.

I have already set my first new goal, which is to help one person I have enrolled to become a Director. I would actually like to see two of them become a Director. This is not a hard task, just one that requires a little hard work and determination on both of our parts.  I am in the  mode of trainer instead of trainee. I want to see those under me succeed and feel positive about themselves.

This is such a great feeling of accomplishment. I want others to feel it also.
