I've learned that I hate being corrected. I am sure most people do, but I get absolutely defensive when I am being corrected. UGH!
My boss fussed at me today for not answering all calls by the second ring. I guess politness needs to go out the window in order for me to do this.
*SIGH*

I've learned to take correction better and to say I'm sorry easier - wow those were hard for me! I still have trouble being corrected in a situation like that and not being able to have 'myside of the story' heard - it's like if I'm not heard I lay awake at night....getting over that, especially in light of accusations this past year. God knows the truth and that's all that matters. A quiet gentle spirit. ;)
Thanks girls! Kae, you are right. I just continue to put my foot in my mouth if I try to share my side of the story. I have to remember that God DOES know the truth.
I need to repeat over and over....a quiet, gentle spirit.

I think that is what bosses are for...just to make our lives difficult! They don't realize that sometimes it is hard to get to the phone by the second ring, especially if you are on the other line or busy doing something else that is "extremely" important and has to be done right then(that's by boss) and then they wonder why you couldn't do this this and that. I know how frustrating it is!
