Does it snow here in Lincoln City? lol

Very Seldom it has snowed in Otis and it did snow eariler in the year. It actually stuck for a day or two I think. But it snowed in the end of April and maybe March or May I can't remember, but I know it was an odd occurance cause of the timing and the fact that I had snow at my apt. in Lincoln city which is very rare.
