being Judgemental (for the J&K bashers)

I want to say off the bat that I enjoy watching the show and like most I dont agree with alot of things Kate does personally I still watch. I get so agravated with judgemental people. We know Jon and Kate are christians and so are alot of people in this group but it irks me when people are so judgemental of them knowing its not really their place to do so. A healthy debate, or stating your honest opinions is different from knocking someone down like their a peice of garbage. Ive seen people talk aout how rude kate is and then the very people that get angry about it just get down on her level. Really those people are no better than her.

Jon is a quiet person and it drives me insane when people say they wish he'd grow some. most men dont like to fight with their wives (mine doesnt anyways) and they like to make sure their happy. whether they do that by not arguing or just a simple I love you all depends on the person. My husband HATES arguing with me and usually gives in to me unless he feels the fight is worth it and im assuming to him in most cases its not. He knows that if I am arguing with him I usually feel the need to make something known or I simply feel strongly about a situation. Anyway my point is every man is different and I give him kuddos for dealing with a strong minded woman..most men cant handle it!

As for the people who continue to say that the new episodes are all damage control...to me thats BS! I am one to learn through trial and error. IMO I thinks its quite possible that Kate has seen herself on many of these episodes and doesnt like the person she was. Every mother has their melt down from time to time...hers just happens to be in front of a camera for everyone to see. It makes me sick to see people be so judgemental when in all reality they themselves probably wouldnt last a week in the home of the Gosselins (in place of kate). As for those claiming to be christians and still put the gosselins down to a horrible level...shame on you. Do unto other as you want others to do unto you! Whether you believe they deserve it or not ...who are you to judge anyones wrong doings?

As mothers we try our hardest to do what we believe is best for our kids. What works for one family may not work for another. So those are some things to think from another point of view

Very nice blog! I totally agree! Who are we to judge anyway? She has to be tough.....She has a house full (literally) of wonderful, screaming, crying, toddlers....I know for a fact I couldn't handle all of that. God gave them  those children for a reason. It's like the old saying goes "opposites attract". That's probably how they make their marriage work. Me & my fiance are the same way. Our pastor and his wife are like that.....It's just dependant upon who you can get along with. It works!!

While I agree with some of your points, seems to me you're doing the exact same thing that you're blasting the non-fans (otherwise lovingly referred to by the fans as bashers) by writing a journal post about them and then advertising it in the group it's being directed at.  Being non-judgmental means not saying or writing things about other people.

Seems to me the one posting above me doesn't know how to take a little criticism. That is why the group she is in is in such decline. They only want to see their hateful views of the show and not allow any positive feedback. It is a hateful group. I've been there, I know first hand how badly that group is run. They should be reported everytime they harrass a fan or some one that replies with a postive comment on the show. Report them! It's the only way to get the GO and the admnistration to back off!!! They have the rules stated but, the rules must only apply to those that agree with them. They need to edit the rules and the description of that group! Being that the GO is young and inexperienced, I can see why it is in that condition! They are bullies to the people in the group, you have to be on your toes in that one!
