1st Dr's Appointment

I had the pap (ick), 7 vials of blood drawn (ooo dizzy), and peed in a cup (how lady like.) BUT, on the upside, I got to hear the baby's heartbeat (147 bpm) and scheduled an ultrasound for three weeks from today (January 5.) So all in all a good appointment. Plus, the doctor was as nice as I remembered. Very funny, relaxing, and human...lol (if you have had bad doctors you will understand the 'human' part lol) Anyway, that's about it! (Also, dh didn't get to go b/c the job he has now isn't as flexible as the one he had last time around because he went to every single appointment last time. In fact, until Mikaela was sick this week before last he had also gone to every appointment of hers. He probably won't even get to go to the ultrasound either. :-( )
