Puff Pastry Sheets, 1 wheel brie, 2 tablespoons thyme, 1 tablespoon basil,saulteed mushrooms ( about 1/2 cup-) Unthaw One sheet of pastry-place brie right in the center,press in mushrooms, then clean and chop herbs and press into mushrooms lightly-bring all four corners together as tight as you can without tearing the pastry( it is not as fragile as it seems)and twist-it will resemble a little girls purse:) then brush it with one beaten egg yolk -it should be a generous amount-so two egg yolks depending on egg size-bake @350 for exactly 35 minutes-let rest at least 5 minutes before serving-This not only tastes awesome it looks like you just walked out of a chef's kitchen:) Everyone is always impressed with this one and there are other toppings to change it up or add as a addition-I might add it later if anyone is interested:)Perfect for a Christmas party, perfect for a summer pool party-

opps-the herbs are better fresh-if not cut portion down to 2 teaspoons thyme and 1 teas basil
