If you have read my other post, you know we just went to a developmental ped who found my son over medicated on an adult dose of ADHD meds. I was alittle scared at first because of the time we have had in the past but my son is doing great!!!!!!
His teacher called me last week and said how good he was, how much she has learned about him in just a few days unlike the past few months, how social he is, and a joy to have in the class, and how much he was a kid now!!!!!!
He is putting back on weight, sleeping( no more clonidine at night) and no rebounds, meltdowns nothing....
To see him laugh and smile now brings tears to my eyes because at one point I allowed his ped to contiue to up the dose...only because I did not know and I hope I inform alot of moms to be careful if a reg. ped is the only one dosing there child because it could be tooo much, like in my case.
