please help my daughter has swollen gums the dr at the er said she has gingevitis... has any ones 2 year old ever had any simular problems any home remedys any help on finding a dentist................................................. please im in miami fl

Your welcome !!! It will take a while for the swollen to go down. But flossing will be a big help to control the gingivitis. I also would get her in for a cleaning she is not to young . Call a ped dentist. Mouthwash would just burn her mouth and you don't want her to swallow it either. They most likley tell you to brush her better and for 2 mins too. And floss daily. Ann

Brush after each meal. She is to young for mouth wash. But call a ped dentist to see hat you could do. Floss too.
