Ok, so you wanted to know what we thought. How long have you been taking photos? For fun? Been serious about it? Yes, those are 2 different questions. lol Do you have a P&S (point and shoot) or a DSLR?
For starters, this isn't bad at all. They have that studio style to them and with practice and experience, you'll get better and better. I highly encourage you to join some groups here on CM. Lots of them will help you with composition, lighting, exposure,etc etc and those in itself will help steer you in the right direction of your goal in the future. =)
Been taking photos a while, but not seriousely...I only recently started thinking about wanting to do photography as a serious profession (in the future), and this is the first time I've taken photos like this (studio style). Right now, I have a point and shoot Sony Cybershot, and I'm about to get a DSLR. Can't wait...very excited for the prospect of being able to take even BETTER quality photos. Thanks for the help.
Ok, awesome!! For a P&S, these are good. With a DSLR, you'll be amazed at how much better the photos will be because you'll also be able to control the light, white balance, etc etc. So that is a huge step! =) If you have any ?, don't hesitate to ask!! We're all here to help!

Very cute! I think you did a great job. I've been thinking about doing the kid's pictures myself to save money. I haven't really tried it yet though!
