So for our aunts, friends or anyone that we really don't (or can't afford) to buy for the holidays, I normally make a HUGE batch of my chocolate peanut butter truffles and wrap them up all pretty.  But this year, I'd like to add some cookies as well.

Now I know we've all made chocolate chip, oatmeal, sugar, gingerbread, monster cookies.  But I'm trying to look online for some new recipes.  SO I thought what better way to find one than to ask here. =)

So what's your fave cookie to bake?

Cream cheese cut out cookies are my favorite. If you want the recipe, let me know. They make a very tasty cookie and the dough is pretty versatile without getting tough.

Okay, this one might take a little work, but it's been my favorite cookie since forever, and I still don't know the name of the stupid thing!

It's one of those sugar cookies (I think, just a plain sweet cookie) and it's got a hershey's kiss (again, I think, lol) planted right in the middle of it. Very simple, and really delicious.. I just have no idea what the name is!

I've literally been stumped on this for years. If anyone knows, for the sake of my sanity, what it's called, please, please tell me.

I just made these delicious chocolate chip macaroons, They were so easy and they taste like those coconut girlscout cookies.

if you use sweetened coconut make sure that use only use 1 TBSP sugar instead of 3/4 cup

Butterballs and candy cane cookies (not the kind with real candy cane in them....more like a shortbread)

It's not a cookie, but I give Oreo Truffles as gifts, they are beautiful, esp. when wrapped all pretty and everyone is always impressed that I made them, and they are super easy.
