If the organization is sales tax exempt, Avon will need a copy of the Sales Tax Exempt Certificate. If not, participants must collect the appropriate sales tax.

What type of prize program does Avon offer?

 Avon Fund-Raisers do not automatically include a prize program. Understand that the cost of prizes comes out of your organization's earnings, and we want you to earn all you can. Many organizations offer group prizes-such as a pizza party or an ice cream party-for the group or class with the highest sales.  "I would be happy to work with you to get those types of prizes donated to your organization. If you want to purchase prizes for top-sellers, I can show you a selection of Avon products that may work as prizes."

 

Timing & Organization Participation
.When the fund-raiser will start (include the kick-off/launch meeting).
.Who will be the fund-raising coordinators (you'll need approximately one coordinator for every 20 to 30 participants).
. How long the fund-raiser will last.
. The order due dates.
. The date to expect delivery of products to the organization and payment to you.
.When the products will be delivered.
.Who will help package the orders. 
Coordinators' Duties:
. Distribute participants' materials.
. Collect orders and payments from participants.
. Check orders for accurate totals and enclosed payments.
. Turn all money over to the fund-raiser chairperson.
. Deliver orders to you (where and when).
. Help pack orders.The organization should handle all the orders and money. This puts the organization at ease as there will be no worries that you will collect the money, but not deliver the products. This also protects you and the organization.
. Make sure participants pick up their orders
