Snow Candy

Boston came home from school so excited to make this.  One of the mom's at his school made this mix for the kids and they were eating it out of the Fresh Snow!

It is actually super good, and the kids will love to do this outside too...

1 C. butter

1 C. brown sugar

5 T. water

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together 

Then Boil all together  until firm ball stage...

 

Go drizzle it in the fresh snow, and Voila'...

It tastes like Caramel and is so fun!

WoW....what an awesome idea...

I will steal this from ya for my  kids at school......I have been trying to think of something creative to do when we have snow days. And, we have a kitchen so this will work perfectly!
