Hello All. Thought I would share a recipe that I love and grew up eating. Til this day it still one of my favorites that my mom makes and now I make it for my family.

Cheddarburger Skiller

1 # hamburger

1/2 c water

1 can cream of celery

1 can cheddar cheese soup

2 cans sliced potatoes, drained

onion flakes (couple of dashes, while hamburger is browning)

cavendars greek seasoning ( use this when browning hamburger, adds extra flavoring) opt

1. Brown hamburger in skillet, add cavendars & onion flakes. When hamburger is no longer pink and crumbled up, drain grease off.

2. Put skillet with hamburger back on stove, add cream of celery, cheddar cheese soup,  sliced potatoes, & water. Mix well together. Turn heat down to low and put lid on it.

3. Let it simmer on low til heated through, stirring occassionally. When hot through, serve.

Makes a good size dish worth.

Yum!  I have a can of that cheese soup that I was staring at wondering what to do with yesterday.  I'll have to go get the potatoes and give this a try.  Thanks!
