Oh my.
Expecting him to come home?
Listening for the sound of the garage door going up?
Waiting for him to call?
Anticipating an e-mail from him each time I logged on?
Buying his favorite foods?
Thinking "oh, he'll love this" when in a store?
Needing to feel his arms around me?
Sleeping only on my own side of the bed?
Sometimes forgetting - for just a fleeting moment - that he's not with us any more
and then feeling my heart drop once again when I recall that he's really gone
I suppose those all qualify as the hardest habits to break ... and I'm still working on that ...

I'm so sorry. That makes my heart hurt. I know it's inadequate... but it makes my heart hurt for you.
I'm so sorry. I can't break wanting to call my mom 100 times a day to tell her what just happened, if something was funny, when I'm cooking dinner, if i have a question. My dad is going through the same things right now. Stay strong.![]()
All those and checking every truck that goes by when driving or checking every motorcycle to see if its him. Its nice to see im not the only crazy one..LOL![]()
