we wish you a merry christmas

Merry Christmas ladies!!! this is our christmas card this year..... that arrives TOMORROW lol I waited a little late to order it, so it's mostly getting hand delivered.... eh it still works :-)

anyway.... finished my last client christmas session yesterday.... bought and wrapped the last of our christmas presents.... and am driving to huntsville tomorrow to get my new lens (merry christmas to me) that I can't wait to get my hands on!!

so we're switching gears a little, getting ready to start a new wonderful year!! I hope that 2009 is even better than 2008....

we're preparing to start building my photography business over the course of this next year and I have some fantastic ideas to help us get where we want it to be!! Now that I have lighting the way I want it, and a new floor and am getting a new lens (yay) I am ready to rock it.....

So remember when I told you about the Rennaissance wedding I booked? it's in January.... the 10th to be exact, and I can not wait!! It's going to be soooo beautiful!!! I'm meeting with the bride this coming Sunday to finalize details and lists.... so looking forward to it!! 

There are several wonderful ladies who are allowing me to take pictures of their babies and I have their 6 month sessions coming up! Have some new ideas for those as well..... going to be fabulous!!

Also...... I have in the making some victorian style baby dresses and I have the furniture to make a victorian child size set, so look out for the victorian theme coming soon!!  Hope to have it all together in about a month or so.... <3

Merry Christmas girly! 

 At least you guys did Christmas cards this year!  Josef made some homemade ones last night and they are in the mail today, don't think they will be getting them before Christmas, lol.  The card is stunning! I can't wait to do our's next year with ya! 

You need to come over here and wrap all my presents-NOTHING is wrapped yet :-(  I will most likely do what I have done in years past-wrap Christmas Eve after we do our traditional driving around looking at decorations.  I usually do not get to sleep until well after mid-night :-( 

The new ideas for your photography bussiness sound awesome!  I can't wait to see all the Victorian goodies-that has to be my favorite time period.  Now ya just need to get something really boyish ;-), lol.  The wedding sounds sooo pretty, and I am sure you will do a wonderful job!

it took me ALL night... no joke I was up till about 5:30am wrapping, but at least it's ALL done :-) good luck with yours christmas eve.... I'm sure you'll be one sleepy mama christmas morning lol

no worries, I've got some all boy ideas brewin too.... ;-) I'll share just as soon as I have enough details.....
